About Louise

PhD student in health economics

I am a PhD student in health economics with a research focus on sustainable labour supply in the healthcare sector. My work examines how working conditions, organisational policies, and labour market incentives influence the ability of healthcare systems to attract, retain, and support a stable workforce.

By combining large-scale register data with applied econometric methods, my research aims to generate evidence that can inform policies designed to ensure a resilient and sustainable healthcare workforce.
